Irrigation is the best way to ensure big and stable crops every year. Moreover, irrigation conducted in specific periods of time is greatly beneficial to the plants' health. Plants require different amounts of water according to their growth phases. In certain stages they are particularly vulnerable to the water shortages. And it is the proper irrigation that will influence the quality of crops. While irrigating one has to remember to keep the average soil humidity at the same level.
The most popular method of irrigation in orchards is dripping irrigation. Irrigating ducts are then placed on the soil, and the plants are supplied with small amounts of water up to 5l/mb. Agro-Tape or DripLine are also recommended. One can use them together with soluble mineral fertilizers.
